Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1″ is? the best bet. Offers many unique features and freedom. I like technology used in it. Yeah it is very light and thin so don’t worry about that. The iPad is too heavy imo.

I have actually chosen the Kindle Fire. For the price and the features I want it is a no brainer. This tablet is sturdy and reliable. It does not have all the extra bells and whistles I don’t need (Apple) and I have it set as a primarily entertainment device, aside from my laptop which is all business. Thus I use it for general surfing, watching movies and reading books.

    Thanks for posting on tablets,
I think the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 has a unique feature compare to Apple. Comparing towards the advancement in our technology these 2 Tabs play a essential role in the market. I would probably get a Galaxy tab.

    Hi,
I think when we compare to all tablets like Apple, Samsung, Asus and remaining tablets, Samsung is the best one for ever like performance and sensible touch.

The new ipad now is the a stronger competiter at tablet market. but for Gogle Nexue a litter disappoint, it is world wide sales but not sale on the china domestic market until now. http://www.tabletpcphones.com

  21. Posted September 13, 2012 at 9:33 am | Permalink

The new iPad is still the best tablet as of now but I think Google Nexus tablet can catch up pretty fast if they try to compete with it directly.

The samsung galaxy tab 10.1 has received some really good praise from a few of my colleagues. I’m still – and always will be – an Apple lover though.

    Hi it is lee again.
Has anyone used the Fujitsu tablet I have a friend who has one and says it is fantastic. I did a search on it and it says it is basically for business users??? Is this true and if it is won’t this cut down there target audience greatly. Look what is happening to blackberry they are now struggling through going down that route.

    Thanks lee

    Hi
Just a question really as you can gather from my earlier post I am an apple convert since having an I pad 2. But why aren’t they putting USB and sd caed slots in them. This just doesn’t make any sense to me. Surely the tablets are not to slim to fit them????

    Keep writing

Apple has innovated many Interesting & Useful things towards Technology. One of those is IPad.It has lots of features. My friend has Apple IPad it’s very costly in India. As he is an businessmen he can afford to buy it.Might I will buy it soon.Middle class peoples can afford Pc or laptop no one can afford IPad in India.

    Great Info!

Right now Apple (and everyone else for that matter) is spamming out tablets at a much faster rate than necessary. It’s like MP3 players a few years back.

  35. Posted July 30, 2012 at 1:53 pm | Permalink

I would like to have that Samsung Killer Ipad. I think the price won’t be too much expensive like Apple but the performance is so far okey. Hoping I could buy one for my wife :)

  36. Posted July 26, 2012 at 7:41 pm | Permalink

I have been hearing a lot of talk about the new Google Nexus 7 tablet. How does that compare with the other tablets here in your opinion? To me it looks nice but compared to the ipad it just seems too small.

  37. Posted July 25, 2012 at 3:02 am | Permalink

Though Apple iPad 2 is on top, Samsung and Asus are never far behind in Apple’s iPad competition. I have iPad2 but trying for Samsung and Asus products too.

This article is very informative on the latest device.

For the moment I won’t be. Apple have the tablet market sewn up, there is no realistic competition, but until tablets stop being a fashion accessory I’m not investing one. That’s not out of a desire to resist trends, it’s just good sense. Right now Apple (and everyone else for that matter) is spamming out tablets at a much faster rate than necessary. It’s like MP3 players a few years back. In a few years to market will stabilise and we’ll be able to purchase a model that won’t be out of date inside of six months. Then I might consider investing.

    Hi really good read
I have an I pad 2 and I couldn’t recommend one highly enough. I must admit since buying one I am a bit of an apple convert. Apple are very clever though they suck you in to buying everything apple once you have got one bit of kit.

    Thanks again enjoyed the post

Apple has been outperforming everyone in the market. I just wonder if they can continue at their torrid pace without Steve Jobs.

Hi Paul. For me, I think I prefer between iPad 2 or Galaxy Tab 10.1. I’ve used the two of them, and I couldn’t help but to say, I’m really satisfied with the performance of these two. Just simply magnificent!

It will be interesting to have a look at the iPad 3 when it is available. Right now the iPad 2 seems to be the popular choice, with the Samsung not far behind.

  45. Posted February 21, 2012 at 11:05 am | Permalink

The battle between android tablets vs iOS tablets will get tougher.

Most people still go for iOS tablet, not because sleeker interface and the big hype, but also the more available apps.

    Great share Chris/Paul.

While Samsung products are good, I enjoy my Samsung phone and would like a Samsung Galaxy Tab, Apple products are still the ones that everyone looks to beat. The popularity of Apple products are unmatched in the technology world, at the moment, so they are at the top.

I think 2012 maybe will be the year where I buy my first Tablet. If I should choose right now I think I would go for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (iPad Killer). However a lot of things can change in the next 3-6 months. Rumor says that the iPad 3 is on its way.

    • Posted February 18, 2012 at 2:23 pm | Permalink

I have heard the rumours about the iPad 3, and the speculations about what hardware it will contain. It will be interesting to see what happens after the iPad 3 is released with regards to the competition.

I agree, There are many more other good tables that could have been listed. This list just shows some of the popular tablet options.

  53. Posted February 16, 2012 at 8:04 pm | Permalink

The iPad 3 is coming and the Asus Transformer Prime is already available as the strongest Android tablet on the martket. There will be many more choices for consumers in the next 1-2 months. I won’t recommend Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well as the old Transformer.

    • Posted February 17, 2012 at 8:10 am | Permalink

Many people are looking forward to the iPad 3. AS for the tablets listed, I also take into account that not everyone wants or needs the latest and the greatest. I would still recommend the Galaxy Tab 10.1 as I still feel it is a good tablet.

I’ve had my iPad 2 since October last year and like Bjorn I wasn’t really sure as to why I purchased it, fast forward to now and I simply couldn’t live without it now. I do everything that was once impossible to do business wise whilst being mobile and away from the desk. I can’t wait for Apple’s 3rd instalment of the iPad this year hopefully.

    • Posted February 16, 2012 at 10:27 am | Permalink

There is a lot of discussion online about the iPad 3 and what the specs will be. Many people have started selling the current iPads in anticipation for the new one. It will be interesting to see what happens.

  56. Posted February 16, 2012 at 9:57 am | Permalink

There is also a New tablet comming up from microsoft, the windows 8 tab.
I dont think it will “shake the marked”, but might do it well in the coorperate marked.

My girlfriend have a Ipad 2, and I have used it a bit.
I am actually not conviced that I need a tab / ipad yet :)
It is more a entertainment tool than a tool for “working on the web”..
I still prefer my 10″ samsung web work, but If I shoul have a tab it would have been
The galaxy. I like to have a open soucre device instead of a apple device.

    • Posted February 16, 2012 at 10:26 am | Permalink

I’m like you with regards to tablets. I don’t own a tablet as I currently have a few laptops and a desktop that fits my needs. I also have my Android phone and Kindle to use as mobile devices. I would probably also get a Galaxy tab if I were looking to get a tablet.
