Best 5 Twitter Marketing Tips For Blog Promotion

An efficient twitter marketing campaign can triple your web influence and send you targeted traffic. Traffic generation is the most sought after information on the web.

And to say the fact, attracting quality visitors to your blog is the #1 assignment you must do if success is your choice.

When twitter is approached from the creative perspective, your overall business life would experience a surge of transformation in no time.

Best 5 Twitter Marketing Tips For Blog Promotion

If you’re looking for ideas to catapult your twitter marketing to the roof, here are five exceptional ideas to get you started.

1. Be Real To Followers

Do you’ve your real photo on your twitter page?

Well, I still see a lot of bloggers who out of pretence hide beneath ugly avatars.

If people must trust you then you’ve to show them the color of your skin.

You might not understand the full impact of a photo on your twitter page, but it’s a great step towards attaining success with twitter marketing.

Building a successful online business begins with yourself.

Until you’re built from the inside, not much can be achieved outside.

The internet world is virtual; no one is to be trusted.

Why not make it real on your part by placing a real photo.

I couldn’t follow a faceless marketer no matter how awesome his tweets are.

I need to know a bit about you and that begins with your face.

2. Schedule Your Tweets

We barely have enough time in the day to attend to numerous tasks facing us.

The best way to make twitter work for you is to automate it.

This begins with your tweets that should go out every morning or evening.

As you start sending out tweets, your followers should know the exact time your tweets arrive in their page.

This activity should be steady and properly implemented.

There are great tools you can use to schedule your tweets to go out daily, at the exact time you want.

This affords you the privilege to focus on your most important tasks; where your strengths lie and achieve tremendous success.

3. Stay Away From Hype Marketing

You can’t break even in twitter if you are involved in hype marketing.

You’ve got to say the truth no matter how people feel.

These days, converting followers into email subscribers and making money no longer dwells with the normal status quo.

In the past, by hyping up your products and services, beginners could fall prey of those pranks.

But that is changing pretty fast in this information age.

People are well informed and beginners don’t even have money to throw away.

If you’re reviewing a product, make it plain; showcase the positive and negative aspects of it and proffer a solution at the end.

Often, you would experience and increased conversion rate when you highlight the negative part of a product.

Say it the way it is – you’ll succeed beyond your widest thoughts.

4. Build Relationships First

The web was invented primarily for relationship building.

Let’s assume you’ve lost the contact of a dear friend or relation.

The web would enhance your meeting again.

Sites like Facebook and Twitter are there to help you connect back with dear friends and family relations.

Start by building a relationship with your followers first.

Don’t be seen as a marketer from the onset, they need someone to talk to, share their views and trust. Are you that person?

Every human being is hungry and desperate to relate.

Even God himself is happy when we know him more.

Whatever your niche may be, start connecting with prospects and don’t bore them with hard core selling.

I’ve build successful relationships with my readers over the past 6 months, and lately, when I hosted my coupon blog that reviews sittercity coupons and 6pm discount codes, the strong rapport I’ve built helped me boost my sales.

Start connecting with twitter followers today.

It won’t be long before they start trusting you with everything they have got including money.

5. Write Intelligent Headlines

Twitter only allows 160 character tweets.

That’s pretty small for a non-copywriter.

That’s why copywriting is a great skill any twitter user should acquire.

Tweets should be seen as a healine.

Your headline is the most important thing that attract readers to your blog or salespage.

It should be sticky and straight to the point.

When you’re writing your tweets headline, ask yourself what people stand to gain when they click.

Include your hottest benefit and use action words.

Tweets should be based on the 80/20 rule.

Marketing Takeaway

There you’ve it.

The five twitter marketing tips for blog promotion.

As you continue in your twitter marketing, get going with an open mind – there is so much to learn that would make you a much better twitter marketer.

But don’t give up yet.

The breakthrough you need to lift your business to the next level is around the corner.

See you at the top!

You said it, building relationships is the key. I think that most people can see pas gimmicks by now, so as a blogger, you should come from a place of really wanting to enlighten and or entertain.

Hello Brown, the way to enlighten is to at least know what people are having issues at and finding a way to proffer easy solutions. That’s what I meant. Thank you for your comment.

I truly agree that while posting in the twitter, you really need to put your original picture. Posting fake pictures, or ugly avatars is not a good thing. You really need to show the original person who you are. Fake image or representation is one thing that you really need to avoid.

It’s true Mark. If people are in business to actually build a brand, then there is no need hiding behind avatars or fake photos. I think we should come out and face our fans.

There’s a limit to how intelligent you can be in 160 characters, no matter what Joey Barton has to say on the matter. I think twitter is better for responding to user queries than trying to advertise or build relationships.

Share great content is another very important thing. It doesn’t really have to be something informative. Even something funny which is related to your niche or product is ok. We have had great success by sharing some funny diagrams. You just have to be a bit creative.

Building relations with your followers is really essential plus share only informative and interesting links, don’t do spamming else many followers will unfollow you.

Building a relationship is important to keep growing your followers. I don’t know anyone that likes to read spam on Twitter, or anywhere else for that matter.
