    Thanks for the tips. Being on the computer so much makes it a little harder to eat right all the time. I found that if reserve time in my day to exercise, watch what I eat and take maqui-berry supplements I feel much better

    For me it’s a lot more complicated to stay hydrated than to do workout. For 5 several weeks I have tried day by day to consume as much water as I could, but until now I can consume almost 2 pounds/day. Anyway, I have missing 20 weight and now I experience much better.

    breakfast, eat 5-6 times a day, enough water .. all that is important of course, but isn’t everybody sitting on their butt in front of the computer most of the day? Exercise is way more important for bloggers in my opinion and not only in the morning.

If you drink at least 3-5 liter water everyday, your skin will be always fresh especially I am talking about the skin of your face. It will prevent pimples and other skin diseases.     It is all about changing your bad habits and stick with it. To stick with starting a weight loss, you need to find a goal for why you want to do it, and find a goal that is so strong you really want to do everything to achieve it. A goal in weight loss for a man could be you are in love with a woman? Or for making money blogging could it be your day job really really suck, and you just want success in being your own boss.
    If you find that goal that is so important for you, you will not forget it when you finally achieve it (and why shouldn’t you achieve it when other people can achieve it) – When you achieve it, more likely you set a new goal.

    breakfast, its hard for me to forget…because if i missed it like that my head is started banging ..then turn to ache…then got my stomach problems to… so for me that would be uncomfortable missing my meals…everyday..even i bit is more than better than nothing…. thank for the tips

    Just came across this post. I have to say at first (meaning months back) I thought “what does it all matter” but indeed, drinking LOTS of water and eating properly REALLY affects your general energy level, meaning also the general energy level for blogging! :) I thought the sugar rush would be nice, but no….not very long-term that!

      For me it’s a lot harder to drink water than to do physical exercise. For 5 months I have tried day by day to drink as much water as I could, but until now I can drink almost 2 pounds/day. Anyway, I have lost 20 pounds and now I feel much healthier.
